Steve Towe

Chief Executive Officer

With a proven track record of scaling high value, global technology organizations, Towe joins Powerfleet from Aptos, the global leader of unified commerce solutions in the retail enterprise SaaS market, where he successfully served as President and Chief Operating Officer for the past five years.

In prior positions with both publicly traded and private equity backed companies, Towe has gained more than 16 years of strategic leadership experience on the global SaaS IoT stage. Most notably, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Masternaut, a global telematics provider, where he was instrumental in delivering robust revenue growth and profit expansion during his tenure from 2011 to 2016.

Previously, Towe achieved significant international organic growth alongside market consolidation as Managing Director of the highly acquisitive telemetry data business Cybit. He also held senior executive level positions for the high velocity, fleet management subsidiary of the Trafficmaster Group, Fleetstar Information Systems.

David Wilson

David Wilson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wilson brings more than 20 years of executive leadership and finance experience in both the public and private markets. He has successfully led companies through business transformations, high-multiple merger and acquisition transactions as well as capital raises totaling over $1 billion.

Prior to joining Powerfleet, Wilson held CFO roles with a series of B2B SaaS businesses, including NSONE Inc., the leading provider of next generation managed Domain Name System services, Symphony Communications, a more than $1 billion in valuation privately held encrypted communication company, and Ooyala Inc., a leading provider of online video services, where he played a critical role in its sale to Telstra (ASX: TLS). Wilson also has extensive CFO experience in the public markets, previously serving in such role with Alaska Communications Systems, a former Nasdaq-listed, facilities-based telecommunications provider.

Melissa Ingram

Ingram has a solid tenure leading transformation journeys for companies in high growth phases. She is skilled at translating aggressive business plans and strategies into meaningful execution and results.

Prior to Powerfleet, Ingram served for over five years as Transformation and Growth Leader at Aptos. There, she led the integration of four acquisitions to expand portfolio areas and support entrance into new territories, standardized global operations, and spearheaded multi-million-dollar profit improvement programs. Additionally, Ingram spent the better part of a decade at British Telecom PLC, a British multinational publicly traded company. She held various senior management roles spanning commercial, sales and delivery functions – eventually securing the role of General Manager for Commercial and Project Management disciplines in BT Wholesale.

Jim Zeitunian

Mr. Zeitunian brings a wealth of experience in delivering best in class solutions in the supply chain industry, most recently at Coupa Software, the global leader in Business Spend Management technology. He has a reputation for building world class R&D teams on a global scale and has demonstrated high levels of effective execution of product strategies and roadmaps with premium quality.

At Coupa, Zeitunian led the engineering and applied research teams focusing on the continued development of the global Supply Chain and Design SaaS platform that delivers dynamic AI and Machine Learning solutions and mission critical data insights for some of the largest supply chains in the world as they embark on their digital transformations. Mr. Zeitunian has also held leadership positions at LLamasoft and Thomson Reuters driving various SaaS products and platform

He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Oakland University.

Charles Tasker

Charles joins Powerfleet as Chief Revenue Officer, after serving 10 years as MiX’s Chief Operating Officer and serving as a member on MiX’s Board of Directors since August 2007. Prior to MiX, Charles founded an Internet service provider and software development company called DataPro in 1986, which was acquired by Control Instruments Group Limited in 1996. As part of that acquisition, Charles joined Control Instruments to lead its fleet management business, which became OmniBridge. Charles began his long and distinguished career at MiX as the Executive responsible for Fleet Solutions worldwide, following the acquisition of OmniBridge in 2007. Charles has more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and management experience working with companies in the technology sector.

Andrea Hayton

Chief Marketing Officer

Hayton is a tenured go-to-market and marketing strategist with vast experience in building and leading global marketing and business development teams for public and private as well as mid and large enterprise SaaS technology companies – including BluJay Solutions and e2open.

She is a one revenue team cultivator - skilled at breaking down typically siloed commercial functions and aligning them on a focused mission and go-to-market execution plan – resulting in meaningful pipeline and revenue.

Hayton received a bachelor of art degree in Psychology from Bucknell University.

Jonathan Bates

Jonathan Bates

Chief Product Officer

Jonathan is Powerfleet’s Chief Product Officer and previously served as MiX’s Executive Vice President of Marketing. Prior to that appointment, Jonathan was the Marketing Director in Europe. Jonathan began his career at MiX as a Product Manager in November 2012. Before joining MiX, Jonathan held several managerial positions from September 2005 to October 2012, within the PSA Peugeot Citroen (now Stellantis) Group in the functions of sales, marketing, product management, customer success and project management. Jonathan also holds a Bachelor of Law degree in the UK.

Catherine Lewis

Catherine Lewis joins Powerfleet as Chief Customer Officer, after serving 10 years as the Executive Vice President of Technology and Managing Director of central services at MiX. During her 20+ years at MiX, Catherine held various roles, and was the executive leader responsible for a number of business functions, including software and hardware engineering, SaaS operations and support, manufacturing & supply chain, marketing, product management, business systems and IT. She has always filled global roles and is passionate about technology and people, having majored in Information Systems at the University of Cape Town. Prior to joining MiX, Catherine worked for Dimension Data and Procter & Gamble.

Offer Lehmann joins Powerfleet from Kornit Digital Ltd. (Nasdaq: KRNT), a global leader in on-demand sustainable fashion and textile production technologies, where he served as Vice President – Global Strategic Accounts & Business Development from January 2019 to November 2022 and Vice President – Operations from October 2014 to January 2019. Mr. Lehmann has over 20 years of experience working in management positions for large-cap, global public companies within the technology industry. Mr. Lehmann received a B.Sc. degree from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Haifa.
