Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience in building, implementing and selling paradigm changing technology solutions. During his 12-year tenure with QUALCOMM Inc., including serving as division President of Qualcomm Wireless Business Solutions, Mr. Wolfe was instrumental in developing and executing a series of strategic corporate initiatives that transformed its products and operations, and drove double-digit revenue growth over a four-year period. Prior to his career at QUALCOMM, Mr. Wolfe held senior technology management positions at Roadway and Leaseway Transportation (now Penske Logistics). Mr. Wolfe received degrees in Data Processing, Business Management and Technical Education from the University of Akron, and completed an executive management program with Stanford Executive Institute.
Chief Product Officer
Ms. Elkins has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive with board-level accountability for corporate and product strategy, technical innovation and execution, as well as operational excellence. With extensive international, multi-industry experience including IoT, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare and Logistics, Ms. Elkins drives roadmaps from strategy to execution, creating end-to-end offerings that bring new revenue streams, costs savings and effective risk management to clients through software, hardware and consulting services. Prior to joining PowerFleet, Elizabeth served as the global EVP of Product Management, Product Development/Engineering, Quality Assurance, Corporate PMO and eCommerce at KORE Wireless, the world’s 6th largest IoT subscription provider, spanning the vast connectivity, device management, asset tracking, services, data and application ecosystem. Ms. Elkins attended the University of Tennessee and American Intercontinental University, holding a bachelor’s degree in international business management with a focus on Management Information Systems. Elizabeth also received her Executive Development Certification from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and her SOX 404 Reporting Certification from the SEC Institute. She is an advisory council member for the University of Texas - Master of Science, Information Technology and Management (MSITM) program and provides mentoring for IoT oriented projects.
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Rodriguez serves as the Chief Information Officer for PowerFleet. Mr. Rodriguez manages business applications and infrastructure on a worldwide basis and provides strategic direction for systems development and acquisition. Mr. Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise applications and infrastructure projects utilizing new technologies. Most recently at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), he provided strategic leadership and operational acumen to drive a five-year strategic technology plan. Luis has also held positions at Westwood One and Viacom; as an executive technology leader in those organizations, where he provided strategic direction and managed media sales systems and content distribution products to support up to $1 billion in sales. He graduated from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business with an MBA in Information Systems and Finance along with obtaining a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University. Luis achieved CPA certification in NJ.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Zelniker serves as the Chief Technology Officer for PowerFleet, leading PowerFleet’s R&D and Engineering teams, while driving technologies, solutions, and innovation across all business units.
Mr. Zelniker has extensive executive management experience from cutting-edge High-Tech companies. Prior to joining PowerFleet, Mr. Zelniker held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Chief Technology Officer at Pointer. Prior to that Mr. Zelniker served as Senior Vice President at SintecMedia, a global provider of business management solutions for media companies and as the Vice president of new technologies at Scopus Video Networks, leading its product and technology, bringing more than 5 new products to the US and European cable markets.
Mr. Zelniker holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an M.B.A Heriot-Watt University.
Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer
Mr. Mavrommatis has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. As a key member of the executive team, he is responsible for managing and improving processes in financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, investor relations along with managing general administration including human resources. Mr. Mavrommatis is the Managing Director of PowerFleet GmbH and PowerFleet Systems, Ltd. Prior to joining PowerFleet, Inc., Mr. Mavrommatis was Senior Manager at the accounting firm of EisnerAmper L.L.P. Mr. Mavrommatis received a Master of Business Administration in finance from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York. Mr. Mavrommatis is also a Certified Public Accountant.
SVP Strategy, Business Development, and Marketing
Mr. Montgomery serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Marketing for ID Systems. Previously Mr. Montgomery served as the Chief Revenue Officer at CargoSense, Inc., a venture backed Software as a Service firm that provides logistics oversight for supply chain networks through machine learning and artificial intelligence. Mr. Montgomery has over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in influential high technology sectors such as wireless telecommunications, information services, computers and location-based services. Prior to CargoSense, Mr. Montgomery served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at global IoT firm ORBCOMM, Inc. Mr. Montgomery has also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at SkyBitz Inc., as well as the Director of Marketing for Nextel Communications' Transportation, Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing verticals. Post the merger with Sprint, Mr. Montgomery was appointed as the Director of Direct Marketing for Sprint. Mr. Montgomery earned his M.B.A. with honorary distinction from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree in marketing from San Diego State University.
SVP Global Software
Mr. Turgeman serves as a Senior Vice President of Global Software and platforms for Power Fleet. Previously Mr. Turgeman served as is VP of Global Software solutions at Pointer Telocation Ltd ,a leading provider in the Mobile Resource Management market. Mr. Turgeman has over 15 years of experience in Software development of IOT platforms, technology M&As and management of distributed development teams worldwide. Mr. Turgeman holds BSC in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University Israel , Computer Science degree from Open university Israel and MBA with Dean’s honor from Tel Aviv university.
